When heavy-duty tasking CPU Core Speed displays at 800MHz in CPU-Z, BIOS and Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. Apparently I am having the same issue as: Until I realized my CPU is running at 800Mhz. Initially, I thought it was my OS (Windows ) as I happened to experience these issues about the same time I run the update, so I did a clean install with previous OS 1709, but kept having the same slow performance. But lately I've been having some performance issues. ![]() I built my computer 2 years ago and CPU Performance has always been excellent. ![]()
